Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order as per the specified timeframe mentioned on the product page. However, we do not guarantee delivery within the stated period. In case of any delay, the contract cannot be repudiated. If you fail to accept delivery of the products, we may, at our discretion, charge you additional shipping costs.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

We take utmost care in ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence within 2 days of receiving the package.

Once we’ve reviewed and accepted your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3–4 business days. After the returned product reaches our warehouse, we will send out a replacement, which will arrive within our standard delivery time of 5 working days for domestic orders. If the replacement is unavailable, we will provide you with a credit note for the same amount.

CREDIT NOTE

Upon receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, a credit note will be issued. The credit note will be:

  • Issued only if your return qualifies under our free return or exchange policy.
  • Valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • For exchanges or returns, the proportionate shipping charge may also be included, where applicable.

COLOR VARIATION

Please note that Mellow products are handcrafted, and there may be a 10%15% variation in color due to the nature of materials and screen display differences. If you receive a product that differs significantly in color from what was ordered, we will be happy to offer an exchange or return.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In rare instances, we may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Limitation of quantities
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention teams
  • Defects related to product quality

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 working days. Any vouchers used will also be reinstated to your account.

RETURN POLICY

Credit notes for returns or exchanges will be sent to the registered email used during purchase.

  • Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
  • Shipping charges for returns will only be refunded in the form of a credit note if the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect delivery.
  • We offer size exchanges or replacements only for the same product or style you originally purchased.
  • Customized products, specialpriced items, stationery, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Stationery products may be returned only if there is a genuine quality defect.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT

While we strive for customer satisfaction, we generally discourage returns due to their negative impact on the environment and business sustainability. To avoid price hikes, we kindly ask you to carefully refer to the product descriptions, size guides, and images before making a purchase. If you still wish to return the product, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must not be custommade.
  • You will bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
  • We do not accept returns for products with a "satisfaction" claim if they don’t fall within the guidelines specified above.

EASY RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you will need to ship it back to us at your own expense. If you require a pickup service, we can arrange this for you, but you will need to cover the courier charges in advance.

USING YOUR CREDIT NOTE

Once your credit note is issued, you can use it on our website at checkout by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to the checkout page.
  2. Enter the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section.
  3. Click 'APPLY'.
  4. The total amount will be deducted from your order based on the value of the credit note.
