1. Order Dispatch and Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and is expected to be delivered within 5-6 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistical delays or force majeure events.

2. Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, Mellow cannot guarantee exactness in the finish, appearance, or color of the items as shown in product images. Minor color variations may occur due to photographic reasons and variations in screen displays.

Additionally, size and fit may vary slightly from one brand to another. We recommend reviewing the size guides or contacting us if you have any doubts about fit before purchasing. In some cases, you may need to alter the merchandise to ensure it fits properly.

3. Product Quality

We make every effort to provide you with high-quality, handcrafted products. However, since many of our products are handmade, there may be natural variations in each piece. While we aim for the best quality, we cannot guarantee that every item will meet your personal expectations.

4. Liability

Mellow is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the quality or appearance of products purchased through our website. If a product does not meet your expectations, we may offer a size exchange, but we do not offer compensation or refunds for dissatisfaction with product quality.

5. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any of our policies, including but not limited to Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Return/Replacement/Refund Policy, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all orders placed thereafter. Customers will not receive individual notifications of changes.
